My Journey

My path to this work came through my own experience with pain and recovery.

After years of dealing with physical challenges, injuries, and ongoing tension, I began exploring breath, movement, and hands-on bodywork in a deeper way.

What I found was that real change doesn’t come from forcing the body — it comes from understanding it.

That experience is what led me to help others move better, breathe better, and live with less pain.
