How Therapy Works

Every Pneuma Yoga Therapy session is designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re in pain, feeling restricted, or simply ready to move and breathe more freely.

We begin with a conversation and a posture, breath, and movement assessment to understand how your body is working today. From there, we work together with hands-on techniques to release tension in your muscles and fascia, somatic movements, breathwork and yoga. Our aim is to restore mobility, balance, vitality while reducing pain, and easing any discomfort.

Once the body and mind are more open, we retrain movement patterns and breathing habits so the changes last. You’ll learn how to carry this freedom into your daily life, and understand what is pulling you out of alignment. We work towards improving posture, calming your nervous system, and creating a foundation for long-term well-being.

Pneuma Yoga Classes — Subtle, Foundational, Restorative

Pneuma Yoga classes are small group-based sessions that focus on subtle somatic movement, deep breath awareness, and nervous system regulation. They’re designed to build body awareness, release tension, and help you experience stillness.
Perfect for anyone looking to manage stress, improve breathing, increase mobility, connect to their body or gently explore therapeutic movement.
