We start by looking at your breathing, posture, and movement patterns to understand where tension is being held.
From there, we use hands-on work and guided breath techniques to help your body release tension and move more freely.
Over time, you’ll learn how to maintain these changes so they last in your daily life.
Group Breath & Somatic Classes
Small group sessions focused on gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.
A great way to reduce tension, improve breathing, and build body awareness in a supportive setting.
Best as a complement to 1:1 sessions or a simple place to begin.
