Ajna Chakra Guided Meditation

Welcome to this Ajna (Third Eye) Chakra Meditation, a 20-minute journey into the subtle space of inner vision, clarity, and consciousness.
This practice blends somatic sensing, gentle eye-movement resets, halo breathing, humming, and subtle internal awareness to awaken the energetic center behind the forehead — the space of intuition and deeper knowing.

You’ll be guided through:

🔮 Eye Movements for Nervous System Reset
Softly shifting the eyes right and left for 90 seconds each to calm the midbrain, balance the hemispheres, and create clarity within the head.

🔮 Halo Breathing
Breathing as if through the forehead, expanding light through and around the skull, awakening the third eye and upper prana centers.

🔮 Somatic Sensing Within the Head
Feeling the weight, spaciousness, and subtle movement inside the skull, moving awareness toward the center of the brain.

🔮 Humming (Bhramari)
Vibrating awareness behind the eyes, enhancing stillness, resonance, and quiet illumination.

🔮 Subtle Awareness Beyond the Body
Resting in violet-white light, sensing consciousness expanding outward as the internal edges dissolve.

This meditation supports intuition, clarity, inner seeing, and quiet mind states.
A perfect practice for evening, contemplation, or anytime you want to shift from overthinking into spacious presence.

💠 See within. Rest in awareness. Trust your inner vision.
