My Story
I created these practices because of the affect somatics, breathing, meditaion and relaxation had on my health. As soon as I started diving in, I knew it was exactly what I needed, and what I was ment to create.
After surviving cancer—twice—and recovering from a devastating motorcycle accident, I lived in pain and overwhelm for decades. Traditional methods didn’t help me heal. But breath, stillness, and nervous system regulation did.
I never thought I would ever get my health back, and I never believed that I could feel this good. I did, and you can to, with simple practices that enhance your entire system.
These meditations are what worked. They’re short, simple, and powerful. And they’re now available for you.
