Cloud Spine

Cloud Spine” is a 10-minute lying-down meditation to soften your spine and dissolve tension along the back body. You’ll be gently guided to imagine your spine suspended in a soft cloud — weightless, fluid, and free from compression. This visualization-based somatic practice helps release holding patterns in the back, neck, and shoulders.

Ideal as a midday reset or evening unwind, this practice supports spinal decompression and whole-body ease, using the power of imagination and breath to return the nervous system to a state of rest.
