In this breathwork session, we move through four rounds of deep breathing: two slow and two fast. You’ll apply gentle bandhas (energy locks) during pauses between inhales and exhales to create a wave-like rhythm that calms the body and resets the mind. The faster rounds bring fire and energy, followed by stillness. This class balances effort and surrender — ideal for restoring harmony and focus after a stressful day.
