Move Free Step 12: Hip Mobility, Stability & Strength

Step 12 of the Move Free program combines yoga with strength and stability practices to create healthy, resilient hips. You’ll explore movements that increase range of motion while also engaging the muscles that support your pelvis and legs. By balancing flexibility with strength, this session helps protect your joints, improve athletic performance, and support everyday activities like walking, bending, and lifting. A strong and mobile hip foundation allows the rest of your body to move freely and with ease.
