This session is a deep dive into how your breath interacts with your brainstem — the ancient part of your nervous system responsible for survival, regulation, and safety.

Through subtle movement, breath awareness, and somatic stillness, you’ll learn to:

  • Re-pattern unconscious breath habits

  • Stimulate the vagus nerve gently

  • Create a felt sense of safety in your body

  • Improve heart rate variability and breath control

  • Reconnect to a calm, centered baseline
