Breathing for Clarity

Breathing for Clarity is a 20-minute guided session designed to clear mental fog and restore balance. You’ll be led through alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodhana) to harmonize the nervous system, AUM chanting to resonate and settle the mind, and flutter breathing (kapalabhati variation) to energize and awaken focus. This practice is both grounding and uplifting, helping you access clarity, steadiness, and a renewed sense of presence. Perfect for mornings, mid-day resets, or anytime you need to clear the noise and reconnect with yourself.
