Spinal Column of Light

This breath-led meditation uses balloon breathing, humming, and three full rounds of deep breath to bring awareness up through the spine like a wave of light. You’ll move through the body slowly from bottom to top, awakening each segment of the spine while building energy and clarity. This class includes Kapalabhati, subtle pauses, and energetic alignment through the central channel. A perfect mid-day reset or morning activation.
