Daily Breathing Practice

This seated 20-minute breathwork practice is designed to ground your mind, energize your body, and reconnect you with your breath. You’ll move through a sequence of four powerful techniques:

  • Balloon Breathing – expand into the full body with awareness

  • Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) – calm and balance the nervous system

  • Humming Breath – soothe stress and vibrate calm through your body

  • Kapalabhati – energize, cleanse, and awaken your inner fire

This practice can be done daily to build resilience, clarity, and strength from the inside out. Perfect for mornings, mid-day resets, or anytime you need to reconnect with yourself.
