Class 4 of the Pneuma Yoga Method Series: Balance the Channels

In this class, we explore the balance of internal channels — the nadis — through breath and somatic awareness. When your channels are out of sync, it shows up as anxiety, fatigue, poor focus, and disconnection.

This practice uses breath-led movement, alternate nostril breathing, and guided awareness to:

  • Harmonize left and right brain function

  • Balance sympathetic and parasympathetic activation

  • Calm emotional overdrive and mental fog

  • Improve breathing coordination and sensory clarity

  • Restore internal rhythm and energetic flow

Perfect for grounding when you feel overstimulated, stuck, or scattered.
