The Breath Below the Surface

“Breath Below the Surface.” This 20-minute audio session invites you to connect with the lowest layers of your breath — the deep, quiet movement that lives below the ribs, behind the belly, and into the pelvic bowl. You’ll be guided to soften tension in the diaphragm and allow the breath to settle downward, awakening subtle awareness and restoring nervous system balance.

This is a foundational practice for accessing parasympathetic calm, improving oxygen efficiency, and reconnecting to your body’s inner intelligence. Ideal for morning practice or anytime you feel disconnected, shallow, or stuck in the upper chest.
