Back Body Breathing

“Back Body Breathing” is a 20-minute lying-down meditation that shifts your attention to the often-forgotten space behind you — the spine, ribs, kidneys, and sacrum. You’ll be guided to feel breath expanding into the back body, dissolving tension and activating deep parasympathetic calm.

This practice helps quiet the thinking mind, soften hypervigilance, and reconnect with your internal support. A powerful session for down-regulating stress, improving diaphragmatic movement, and creating a felt sense of being held from within.
