Begin with the Breath” is the first guided session in the Pneuma Yoga Method — a foundational breath reeducation program designed to change how you breathe, move, and feel from the inside out.

In this 25-minute audio, you’ll be guided through the basics of breath awareness, posture, and subtle control, learning how to slow the breath, feel its shape, and begin reconnecting with your core from the ground up.

This practice sets the tone for all that follows — creating a new foundation for nervous system health, stress regulation, and vitality through the most essential movement we make: breathing.
