The Cradle of the Brain

“Cradle of the Brain” is a 20-minute lying-down meditation that invites stillness into the head, neck, and base of the skull — areas often locked in tension and overuse. You’ll be gently guided to soften the brainstem, feel the weight of the head fully supported, and allow space around the breath of the brain.

This practice draws on somatic, craniosacral, and breath-based awareness to downshift mental noise and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. It’s especially useful for unwinding anxiety, reducing screen fatigue, and creating a sense of internal spaciousness.
