Discover the power of truly feeling your breath.

In this 13-minute guided practice, you’ll learn the three-part breath — the foundation of deep breathing. By separating and exploring each area of the lungs, you’ll build awareness and control in a way most people have never experienced:

  1. Lower lungs – awareness and contraction at the base of the breath

  2. Middle lungs – sensing expansion and release through the ribs

  3. Upper lungs – subtle breath into the chest and clavicles

Each section is explored separately, with pauses to notice how the breath shifts energy and sensation through your body. The practice concludes by putting all three together, creating a smooth, complete breath cycle.
