This 20-minute guided practice explores the subtle power of breath retention (kumbhaka) and the bandhas — the internal locks that stabilize and refine your energy. You’ll be gently guided to pause the breath after inhale or exhale, while awakening awareness of the pelvic floor, lower belly, and diaphragm.

This session isn’t about pushing or straining — it’s about developing sensitivity, control, and internal spaciousness. Practicing with patience and awareness, you’ll deepen your nervous system regulation and begin to feel how holding space inside the breath creates stillness throughout the body.
